Week 4

83 miles this week by Gwawr, KJ and HW, Alison, Hollie, Eleri, Jack, Zoe, Ceri, Cora and Lorraine.

Back along the Llyn, past Porth Dynllain Lifeboat and Morfa Nefyn. Passing the smallest of Yr Eifl – Garn For on our left. Eventually we enter Caernarfon, under the Castle and past the less sightly Caernarfon Petrol Staiton before we are out in the countryside again and passing Y Felinheli and over Pont Britannia bridge with the trains rumbing below us on to Ynys Mon. Turning left we head along the coast with the rushing waters of the Menai Straits between us and the mainland. We head round to the tidal island of Ynys llanddwyn, associated with Dwynwen who we celebrate on 25th January. Through Rosneigr and past Anglesey Airport with our hands over our ears. Over the bridge to Caergybi and round to our stopping place at South Stack Lighthouse. Phew, what a trip, looking forward to seeing you next week!
