DASH Playschemes and Actvity Days
DASH is pleased to say that we are running summer schemes again this year.
Information about self-referral into our playscheme and activity days will be emailed out by Extended Support (TPA and CTLD), the Children’s Disability Health Team (CDHT) and Team Around the Family (TAF) week commencing 20/6/22.
Please contact your Keyworker in TPA/CTLD/CDHT/TAF to ensure that you are on their mailing lists.
If you do not currently have a named worker in Social Services and wish to ensure that you receive an invitation, please email tpa.request@ceredigion.gov.uk
